For continuers who have at least done 1 term of the beginners class.

Firing and materials fee $40 cash first session.

Hand building. Project based course. This term we will be handbuilding larger vessels using coil and slab, and learn the Korean Buncheong method of decoration.

  • Buff Raku clay
    • n
  • A set of basic tools, including a serrated rib and a rubber rib.
    • n
  • Also bring:

  • 1 inch (3 cm) goats hair brush - soft for glazing
    • n
  • a stiff fan brush
    • n
  • spray bottle (fine)
    • n
  • a solid piece of timber to set your work on at least 200mm x 200mm
    • n
  • some button sized objects to use as stamps
    • n
